A Unique Workshop Experience:
I design my workshops to meet the needs of people, from age eighteen and up. My workshop series include mindfulness based practices, wisdom readings, creative activities, journaling, and group sharing. All components are designed to improve the quality of one’s state of being.
COGNITIVE INTUITIVE ART

In my workshops, I encourage everyone to practice breathing, movement, and self-reflection in a supportive environment. Participants can feel free to be themselves. The creative activities are tailored to the group and offered as choices. Taking part in the process is encouraged and celebrated. The outcome is a personal reflection of each individual. This isn’t meant to be an art class; there are no critiques, and no art experience is necessary. Just be open-minded and willing to give it a try.
We CREATE with the goal of exploring UNEXPRESSED feelings. Then, we INTEGRATE new learning, which ultimately helps BOOST well-being.
